Description of main construction content:the renovation scope of the project includes the civil structures: foundation pouring of the first and second floors' roofing equipment, micro-seismic platform pouring, original roof structure beam reinforcement and masonry of part of the explosion-proof wall, and demolition and masonry of part of the original wall, and roof waterproofing repair; electrical engineering: installation and commissioning of low-voltage control cabinets, power distribution, UPS, lighting distribution switches and sockets, and corresponding power cables within the building.

Decoration: installation of color steel doors and windows and air shower in the cleanroom on the first and second floors, epoxy construction of the ground, wall, and top surface of the first and second floors and part of the PVC ground construction, FFU keel and FFU equipment installation. HVAC: MAU and other air conditioning equipment procurement and installation, installation and commissioning of air supply, air return, exhaust, fire smoke and other air ducts and accessory systems, installation of air conditioning hot and cold water systems and chillers, air source heat pumps, plate exchange units, water pumps and tanks, and other equipment, and medium-temperature water system installation and commissioning. Water supply and drainage: installation of general water supply and drainage system, production pressurized water supply, and acidic and alkaline wastewater system.

Industry value:this project is a strategic cooperation agreement signed between Wuxi City and the Institute of Technical Physics, and it is a newly-built project funded by Wuxi City. Facing the main battlefield of the national economy, Wuxi ZKDX Institute will build the key core technologies of optoelectronic materials and devices that are independent and controllable, and build an open, efficient and innovative R&D institute to promote the commercialization and industrialization of achievements in the field of infrared and optoelectronic technology.
