Project highlights: top priority has been given to quality for generations to come. In this cooperation, CESE2 is responsible for the general contracting of the project construction, including plant infrastructure, cleanrooms, electromechanical and external works.

Project value: the SAPO Photoelectric Ultra-large TV Polarizer Project is currently the second polarizer production line in the world with a width of 2,500mm or more. The project will build a new production line of ultra-wide TFT-LCD polarizers with a width of 2,500mm and a speed of 35m/min to form an annual production capacity of 32,000,000m2 of polarizers, with 80 sets of new process and testing equipment. The project has become a model for the domestic flat panel enterprises to break through industry barriers and form internationally leading production processes and technologies.
