Project highlights:The delayed civil construction period caused great pressure on our construction period. There were lots of equipment procurement and installation in the project. However, the Project Department reasonably arranged the construction period, followed up the equipment procurement cycle, and completed the owner-government training nodes on time. After the project was completed, the company won the unanimous praise from the user unit China Telecom, and the construction unit Fancheng Construction Investment, and won the "Excellent Quality Construction Award";

With the help of China Telecom's high-quality Internet bandwidth resources, this project has built the Central Information Port, China Telecom Cloud Xiangyang Resource Pool, and Industry Informatization Platform Application Base. Relying on Xiangyang City, a sub-center city in Hubei Province (which can radiate major cities and central cities in the adjacent areas of Hubei, Henan and Shaanxi, and is a vital communication line between Hubei and these three provinces) and central city in the Han River basin (with few natural disasters and stable temperatures all year round), and the location advantages of two national first-class optical cable trunk lines of Hohhot-Beihai Expressway and Wuhan-Xi'an High-speed Railway, it has become another important node of China Telecom in central China following the core nodes of the two cloud bases in Guizhou and Inner Mongolia.
