Scope of Contracting:

The first and second floors of Building 1 (display (back panel) factory building) are clean and equipped with secondary facilities.

The secondary configuration includes the procurement, installation, and commissioning of materials related to pipelines, ventilation, and electrical systems.

Project Highlights: This project is a clean package and secondary distribution project. The clean package includes architecture, HVAC, water supply and drainage, process pipelines, secondary distribution, tertiary distribution, and space management specialties. The scope of work for this package includes not only clean rooms in the production area with cleanliness level requirements, but also non production area clean rooms (areas) included in the scope of this package, such as mezzanines, return air ducts, corridors, CUBs, and other related areas. This package includes not only the procurement, installation, and construction of related power facilities and pipelines, but also the spatial management and coordination of all pipelines and equipment in the clean room.

Industry value: The Mianyang BOE project is currently one of the most advanced flexible OLED panel production lines in China. The design capacity will reach 56000 pieces per month, and the flexible AMOLED panel products will mainly be used for high-end smartphones and new mobile display products.
