The meeting focused on studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts and statements on building a strong country through the internet, and conducted learning and discussions in conjunction with Sanda's scientific and technological innovation plan. Li Nan, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, presided over the learning session and made a concluding speech.

During the keynote speech, the company's general manager Cai Hongzhan put forward five specific requirements for technological innovation work. We should attach importance to systematic integration, fully mobilize the company's existing innovation resources, and actively create differentiated technological advantages; Secondly, we should attach importance to benchmarking and learning from international advanced experiences and practices, and integrate technological innovation with management innovation; We should attach great importance to the research and development of platform based and series based products, and strive to break down technological barriers; We should attach importance to input-output analysis and promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements; We must attach great importance to the combination of research and development innovation with practical business, integrate research and development innovation topics into solving practical problems, and empower enterprises to improve quality and efficiency through technological innovation. The Chief Engineer of the company, Wu Jianhua, introduced the progress of the company's scientific and technological innovation work from the aspects of production and research innovation, achievement empowerment, and transformation and efficiency, in accordance with the requirements of Sanda Group's scientific and technological innovation plan. The attendees then exchanged their understanding of the important ideas of building a strong cyber nation and technological self-reliance, as well as how to integrate them into their main responsibilities and businesses, and promote the high-quality development of the company, based on their respective areas of responsibility.

Li Nan emphasized in his summary that firstly, we must deeply understand the significant significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology. All party members and cadres should enhance their understanding, position themselves, take on responsibilities, continuously improve their scientific and technological innovation capabilities, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; Secondly, we must deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on building a strong cyber nation, grasp the practical requirements of the cyber nation strategy, adhere to risk prevention, consolidate the foundation of cyber security, and continuously promote and improve the company's digital system construction; Third, we should conscientiously implement the relevant work deployment of CEC and Sanda, identify the orientation and direction of the company's scientific and technological innovation development, focus on the main responsibility, and be mindful of "the needs of the country", so as to make new and greater contributions to promoting Chinese path to modernization.
