On November 18th, China Electronics held an international operation meeting to analyze the situation and tasks, and to study and deploy the key tasks of international operation. Li Ligong, deputy secretary and general manager of the group company, attended and spoke. Zhou Jinjun, member of the group and deputy general manager, presided over the meeting, and Xie Qinglin, member of the group and deputy general manager, attended.

Li Ligong pointed out that speeding up the improvement of international operation level and international influence is the only way for China Electronics to implement the major decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, build the strategic scientific and technological strength of the national network information industry, and build a world-class enterprise, which is of great significance. It is necessary to adhere to the strategy of serving the country, seize major strategic opportunities such as the "Belt and Road Initiative" and build a community of human destiny, accelerate the improvement of the quality of international operation, highlight advantages, and multiply accurately, so as to create a new situation for China's electronic international operation.

Li Ligong stressed: First, we should highlight our advantages. Enhance the awareness of international management, practice hard, lay a solid foundation, accelerate the creation of a number of individual champions of technical products, and promote the "going out" of products with distinctive advantages. The second is to highlight synergy. Give full play to the advantages of technology, products, platforms, talents, etc., do a good job of internal and external cooperation of the group company, domestic and foreign cooperation, form a joint force, strengthen benefit sharing, and work together to achieve a win-win situation. The third is to highlight the effect. Strengthen the evaluation of the effect of international operation, focus on international operation indicators such as profit index, market share and operating income, optimize assessment policies, adhere to legal and compliance management, coordinate superior forces, and achieve accurate multiplication.

Zhou Jinjun put forward three requirements for the next step of the international business of the group company. First, it is necessary to implement the strategic deployment of the group company and take vigorously promoting international business as an important measure to build a brand-new China Electronics. Second, we should fully promote the development of international business. All enterprises should make top-level planning, optimize resource allocation, and participate in international exchanges and cooperation extensively. All departments at the headquarters of the group company should actively make suggestions and escort international business. Third, we must work hard, seize the historical opportunity, and come up with practical measures to ensure the high-quality completion of all work goals in 2024.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the international cooperation department of the group company introduced the current situation of electronic internationalization in China and reported the compilation of the Guiding Opinions on Electronic Internationalization in China. Representatives of four enterprises made exchange speeches.

A total of 83 people attended the meeting, including the heads of various departments of the headquarters of the group company, the main responsible comrades of some secondary enterprises and the comrades in charge of international business.
